01. NOTES ON THE RECALL POLICY

Please note before placing an order that after placing an order there may be a refund. Refunds due to our reasons, such as incorrectly displayed stock, will be issued for a full refund. Once we have received your order, please first check the package and all items carefully to ensure that they work properly.(please do not open the package if you have already decided to return it)
If something is wrong, we want to deal with it professionally so that our customers are satisfied with their purchase from us.

02. EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

We are happy to address your concerns about receiving one:

which does not turn out as described or ordered

2. broken article

which does not turn out as described or ordered

3.1 Customer Service

If you encounter any of the above situations, please contact customer service via the contact form within 48 hours of receiving your order.

3.2 Information

Follow these guidelines to speed up the process.

Please provide us with the following information:

  • order number.
  • product name.
  • detailed description of the problem.
  • what steps have you already taken to solve the problem?
  • video/video link or image.

3.3 Notes on videos / pictures

the video/video link or image must come straight to the point and the problem must be clear show.

pictures are required for the inspection to determine whether a refund or return is permissible. If no images are provided, it is at the sole discretion of the employee and the details provided to determine if a refund is possible. Refunds are not guaranteed if photographic evidence is not provided. The details provided will be checked by our team and we will act appropriately. Our customer service will confirm whether you need to return the items and to which address you should do so.

● The shipping costs for returning the product are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
● For exchanges, we will arrange the new delivery as soon as possible after we receive your item back.

04. MISSING ITEMS FROM THE PACKAGE

We are confident that every order will be executed quickly and correctly. Each order is checked by at least 3 workers. We record the order weight information. We take photos before shipping for some special orders. Sometimes items are shipped in split packages due to stock options. Please open the parcel and check the contents carefully before signing the parcel.

However, sometimes errors may occur. If an item is missing from the parcel, we recommend that you check the order dispatch confirmation message and contact our customer service within 48 hours via our contact form

  • indicate your order number and the name of the missing article (article number)
  • please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all visible shipping labels and (if applicable) the received item

4.1 Possible solutions

If an article is missing, we will send the missing article free of charge.
Alternatively we can arrange a refund for the missing item.

05. refund conditions

  • All items that you wish to return and refund must be communicated to us directly via our contact form
  • Items in your order that we have not shipped will be refunded within 24 to 48 working hours of receipt of your reasonable request.
  • Items in your order that we have already shipped will be refunded after we have received the items from you or the shipping agent.
  • Items in your order that you have received must be refunded after we have received the items from you and have checked that they are in good and original condition.
Please allow 48 hours for the credit to appear in your account.
For refunds to the original payment account, please allow 48 hours for the refund to appear in your Paypal account.
